Description

With an IP67 rating for washdown capabilities, Gladiator features easy-to-clean stainless steel construction that is ideal for wet and dusty environments. Connectors on the bottom are IP67-rated for thorough protection. Gladiator can expedite checkweighing tasks, with a large, backlit display that changes colour to show if the weight is over, under or within the set limit. The sealed keypad is designed for maximum efficiency, with large, colour-coded tactile keys for fast recognition and easy operation. EC type approval means Gladiator is suitable for use in retail operations.

Applications
Food packing & production:
Gladiator scales feature durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel weighing pans and sealed indicator keypads that prevent damage from leaks or spills in food packing applications. A checkweighing feature with audible alarm notifies packers when a packaged product is either under of over the required weight limit.
Chemical handling:
A built-in dynamic weighing feature allows chemicals and hazardous substances to be weighed effectively, whilst the chemical-resistant stainless steel weighing pan helps to prevent damage to the internal components of the scale.
Veterinary & animal care:
The Gladiator’s dynamic weighing feature can weigh an animal through a series of impressions left on the weighing pan; an average weight is determined based on several impressions. Floor scale models can be used for weighing larger pets such as dogs and reptiles, whilst bench scale models can be used for smaller pets such as cats, puppies and small marsupials.
